| We had a very difficult time getting employee stability in our engineering team. Our turnover was so bad our board requested we get some external help to find the right employees. Joe analyzed our team and work environment, then helped us select the right candidates. After the success with our engineering team we mandate all potential employees are reviewed by Jericho.
