Strategic Employment Assessments from Jericho Consulting will help cut through the maze associated with selecting the right employee for the right position for your company.
By analyzing personality, values, managerial skills and problem solving abilities, a Strategic Employment Assessment will identify which candidate:

Fits into the Culture of your Organization
Understands and Accepts the Vision of your Organization
Understands their Role and Works toward the Achievement of Goals
Has the competencies to achieve success in the current position as well as grow in the organization.
Will be a Valuable Asset to your Organization

Here’s how the Strategic Employment Assessment process works. Once you have determined the needs of the position and the criteria to be used in selecting the right employee for your company, you will begin the recruitment and screening process. When you have narrowed the search to two or three candidates, Jericho will conduct a Strategic Employment Assessment with each of the candidates.

This Assessment will include an extensive, in-depth interview to determine not only skills and competencies, but also assess how each candidate will match the culture of the organization. Each candidate will be given a series of five pen and paper assessments as well as a written questionnaire to be completed.

Upon completion, Jericho will review the assessments, providing management with a report on each candidate along with recommendations as to the best fit.

You spend valuable time and money trying to hire the right employee. Let us help ensure that you are hiring the best!

“We had a very difficult time getting employee stability in our engineering team. Our turnover was so bad our board requested we get some external help to find the right employees. Jericho Consulting analyzed our team and work environment, then helped us select the right candidates. After the success with our engineering team we mandate all potential employees are reviewed by Jericho Consulting. I am happy to say we have not lost or released one employee since!"
